I was referred to this practice for an issue I had post-root canal. When I called the front desk staff were very professional and efficient in getting all the information they needed to fully brief the doctor prior to my appointment. My appointment was quickly made and told I would be seeing Dr. Thorpe. When I arrived to the appointment the front desk staff was prepared and informed of my situation from condition to insurance. Once in the exam room the assistant was professional, courteous, and friendly. I was totally put at ease and felt a rising degree of trust and confidence in the staff. Shortly after I was in the chair, Dr. Thorpe arrived and "WE" discussed my situation, then WE discussed the options and then I decided on the option. At this point my rising level of trust and confidence in both the professional and support staff was validated and confirmed. Following my treatment, I was given clearly explained instructions for the aftercare and a return appointment. 48 hrs after my visit I received a call from the Dr. Thorpe (not an assistant) on how I was doing and very clear instructions to contact them immediately should I have any issues. I have had my second and last visit with Dr. Thorpe and his staff and it does not look like I will be needing his services in the foreseeable future. But should I need an endodontist....Dr. Thorpe's practice is where I will go first. I can't articulate the level of skepticism I had prior to being seen at this practice, but one single conversation, beginning with the front desk staff set the tone for TOTAL SUCCESS and a TRUSTING EXPERIENCE.
