Dr. Piccinino was recommended by my dentist, and upon receiving the referral, I called his office and was immediately assisted, asked appropriate questions and received a convenient appointment. Insurance information and payment options were also clearly explained. Upon arrival I was treated very well. I filled the necessary paperwork and was in the dentists chair immediately after that. Mary Jo, Dr. Piccinino's assistant, was exceptional!!!! She explained all that was going to occur and even showed me some of the instruments to calm any anxiety that could occur. Prior to the root canal Dr. Piccinino tested another tooth that had also been bothering me and gave advice on its care. The root canal was painless, during the procedure and for hours afterwards. I had no need to take other than an single Tylenol at the end of the day. I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Piccinino and his office staff to any who had need of an Endodontist.
