Hi, I just want to complain that the root canal in late 2016 you performed has resulted in me now losing a tooth. I went into the dentist last week for severe pain on that same tooth you performed a root canal on. I was then referred to an endodontist in my area (santa clarita, ca) who did a 3D x-ray and found that not only did you leave an instrument but that you also let the infection go past my gum line. Now I will lose this tooth and require a bridge or implant. After all the money you charged me too - and you additionally asked for more months after (which I paid). Thanks a lot. Even the endodontist was surprised and didn't believe that another endodontist would do something so clumsy - he thought an average dentist had done it. I wonder if you'll find it in your heart to partially reimburse me for the damage you've caused.
